Epsom Bathrooms

Dreadful attitude. I visited today and had a look round because the store rep was on the phone. He looked at me as he finished his call but didn't say a word. I joked that he didn't seem pleased to see me - he didn't even reply. I asked if he designed as well as fitted bathrooms, he said no and out I came. How is he still in business?

BEWARE. I purchased an item which was confirmed by Epsom Bathroom Centre on 1st June. On the same day I received an email from them saying the item had been shipped. 12 days of silence later, I chased them to find out the whereabouts of my purchase only to be told they were out of stock! How can Epsom Bathroom Centre ship an item they don't have? I now need to contact my bank to see if they are hanging on to funds for a non-completed sale. This saga cannot be blamed on the pandemic. It's just appalling mis-management.

Great showroom and lots of good ideas and products. Gentleman in the showroom let me look around at leisure but didn't offer any assistance.

Thank-you! Great customer service - sourcing and sending replacement fixings even though it was probably my husband who threw them away with the packaging! Would definitely recommend/use again.

Website maybe from the 90s however the customer service and efficiency is certainly inline with the 21st century. Well done!

I purchased a set of bathroom scales which were very good quality and delivery was super quick. Unfortunately upon receipt they were faulty. One email to customer services and it was immediately rectified. Fantastic customer services, quick delivery and extremely helpful. I would definately recommend this company.

Ordered a Laundry Sorter from Epsom Bathrooms with fingers crossed a little bit as they were an unknown company to me. Needn't have worried because they were prompt, kept me well informed of the dispatch and delivery and the product was exactly what I was expecting. I would definitely use them again.

Ordered a bathroom furniture unit for delivery on specific day. However, on the day, no delivery made as they had made an error as they had not recorded for delivery! After insisting, they would try to deliver but no idea of time or time slot. I was also promised to be sent the receipt for this purchase as it was a telephone call order, but again this has still not been sent. Courteous but inefficient and no apology given.

I don't think They will be included in my future bathroom purchase decision. Flaw found on door, they ordered replacement but I had to dismantle, exchange and collect. No courtesy or apology. With 3 new bathrooms to fit out, I Will definately not return.
