Very very poor level of service. I spent almost 6000 on bathroom items. They promised the world until the payment was taken. As soon as they took the payment (which was in full at time of placing order) the issues started. Suddenly they could not provide the tap I had ordered and I was forced to select a different one which initially I was told was 50 cheaper but I have yet to receive the refund which I was promised would be returned to my card.
You'd think they'd tell you items that are out of stock before placing order but at that time they tell you everything is available to get your order and money I was given different dates for deliveries. When the Villroy and Boch toilet was delivered it was in terrible condition. It was unboxed with black markings along the side and dirty hand prints everywhere.
Even the delivery man noticed and was kind enough to get me to sign that it was delivered unchecked. When I raised this with Walton Bathrooms they failed to give any response. The Villroy and Boch Mirror I ordered, which cost me almost 1800 was defective. When I raised this with Walton Bathrooms I was told it was V&B fault and would take 4 weeks for a new delivery.
No apology, no gesture for the issue or inconvenience, although the order was placed with them. I requested the cost of refitting the mirror which my builder agreed to do for 45 and they've refused this without an invoice after new mirror has been fitted. You would think if they valued their customers and took ownership of issues they'd reimburse the refitting cost of a mere 45 immediately rather than wait for V&B to do it!
They are just after the sale. Once they have your money you are stuck and you'll be lucky if you get all the items you ordered and if you do get the items, chances are they may be defective or damaged. This has been my experience. Such a disappointment. We are renovating the full house and had a further 3 bathrooms to renovate. I will not be returning, they've certainly lost a valuable customer.
And if I don't receive my refunds for the tap and refitting of the new mirror and replacement mirror doesn't arrive as promised I will be taking legal action as this is no way to treat customers.

Although my order arrived damaged - I'm giving Walton Bathrooms 5 stars for their outstanding customer service. Jane has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and rectified my issue extremely quickly. Customer service is a BIG factor with any company - especially when things go wrong! Cannot fault the company at all - great communication, professional and will have my business again soon!
