Very helpful, supplied me with a fitting to allow me to plum my dishwasher in.

Just had my bath removed and replaced with a shower cubicle as now things are becoming difficult. Marilyn showed me some ideas when i first visited the showroom, a little wait but well worth it for a great job. Very happy with more new cubicle and wall board. Very helpful and a excellent job.

I recently purchased some bathroom fixtures from here for supply only as i had my own plumber. Staff were very helpful and gave me good guidance on what would fit, delivery of items was very quick. Will be returning when we begin the next bathroom.

Did previously leave a good review about the lovely guy in the shop who helped me with some tiles. But I have been totally let down. I've had an appointment booked with them for over a month to come and look at fitting my bathroom and provide a quote. they were supposed to come tomorrow morning at 9am. but today I got a voicemail saying they were too busy and would not be taking anymore work on and so aren't coming. nice to know I booked a day off work for nothing?

Surely they knew this weeks ago? Really quite annoyed. Yet another time waster to add to the heap of no-show plumbers and bathroom fitters. The woman on the phone sounds like she just doesn't want the business and cannot be bothered. My family have used them for bathrooms previously 3 times over the years but won't bother again. Thanks.

The lads at bathroom design who fitted my bathroom did as great job. Every night they went home they tidied up after themselves, hovered and were very well mannered. They did a top job of my bathroom, it looks beautiful. Thank you to Stuart especially who helped guide me with choosing what I needed.

They have just finished installing a walk in shower for us. We are both very elderly and the fitters were very considerate. This walk in shower has gave us just what we needed and abit of indepence back. My husband is very happy with the quality and overall job.

Family run business, nice people, spent around 6 hours in total (1 home visit, 2 lengthy meetings in showroom) to choose suites, fixtures & fittings and then nothing. Must have rang them 20 times requesting the quote, which I probably would have gone ahead with before I chased them the first half dozen times. Each time I'm told their sending it out, that they're a bit busy, it will be with me shortly; still nothing. If they can't organise a quote then I can't trust them to fit a bathroom on the agreed dates.
