Kevin the fitter arrived and within a fortnight transformed our old room into a wonderful modern bathroom. We were delighted with his work and the finished product so agreed for Regal to upgrade our master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and sliding full length doors. Adrian Holdsworth came and measured up during which we agreed various specifics including extending the original units further into the room to allow space for suitcases to be stored and enough room for a dressing stool to sit under the dressing unit and allow a sliding mirror to be passed across the whole frontage.
Again we were assured one of their best bedroom fitters would be completing the work. Andy arrived and we left him to it as he had the plans and was their best bedroom fitter, what could go wrong? During this time whilst cleaning in the bathroom I noticed a crack in a tile behind the toilet therefore contacted Regal who arranged for Kevin to return.
He admitted to me he had cracked it whilst laying the floor and had put some 'magic filler' across it, I asked why he hadn't mentioned it, his reply was, "If I'd told you, you would be looking at it all the time", his words not mine. He had to remove the toilet to replace the tile, two days later we noticed a leak underneath it, Kevin returned and said it must be condensation until he saw it and then admitted it must be the seals and fixed it.
To say our confidence in the company was knocked is an understatement. Meanwhile Andy was busy in the bedroom and we asked how the suitcases would fit on the top shelf and the stool under the dresser, he stated there was nothing about that on the plans and in his defence he was a kitchen fitter not a bedroom fitter, a phrase he used at least seven times one morning!
We were unable to get hold of Adrian Holdsworth as he was on holiday. We were reassured by Adrian Frost that he would speak with Adrian H on his return and ask him to attend. On his arrival he admitted the measurements were wrong but it was too late to change as the units were bespoke. As a compromise we agreed to a second mirror being fitted as the first wouldn't slide the full way.
By employing a specialist company to do the work we believed emphasis would be put on the small details but this proved not to be case. The dresser was to be left without any backing board which was rectified, the screw caps were an afterthought and the wrong colour, we were told they were unable to get matching caps, two minutes on Amazon matching caps found 1.99 for fifty. 20mm gap left at side of main doors, filler strip bought at B&Q.
As I say, attention to detail. Believe me this company is not cheap but I don't mind paying good money for a good job but sadly that wasn't the case in this instance. Would I recommend Regal? Unfortunately as a result of our experience. No! Steve & Pauline Scott

Excellent workmanship: fixtures and fittings very good and the overall attention to detail was superb. It took 6-days, in total, to complete the work but my bathroom is transformed and I am very pleased. It could be that I was lucky with the 3-fitters who worked this job as they were all fantastic - but I am very impressed by Regal and will use them again for when I get around to doing my kitchen.
