I've used Barwick for a number of years now and I've always found them to be very helpful. The staff are brilliant and will go out of their way to help with anything. The customer service is second to none, They've helped me out on numerous occasions in the past and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Top company.

I run a plumbing & heating business so often contact distributors for spare parts etc In the many years I've been doing so I've never dealt with someone as unhelpful and rude as Brandon in your sales team. I was told my area is not cover, so I couldn't open an account. then later told the incorrect part number. Below is from an email. unbelievable! " Yes in order to place this on order you would need an account, unfortunately your area is not covered by an area manager at present, and we are not taking on any more out of area accounts right now. Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to provide a cost on the part due to this. Regards, Brandon."

Charged a 50 redelivery fee because no one was home (which was not true)!

If the total disregard of the driver of one if the vans is anythong to go by I wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Intimidating, driving in my boot when there was nowhere to go. Disgusting.
