Absolutely thrilled with my new bathroom. Sharron really is fantastic, came out to my house to give a free quote, her design skills are amazing, we were provided with 3 different computer generated plans. Once we had chosen our design she made it so easy for us to pick the right products for us. Now the bathroom is complete it looks amazing as well as providing much more practical use of space and so much more storage.

We were looked after from start to finish and nothing was too much trouble. I would 100% recommend them especially as I was quoted up to 3,000 more from other companies. Thanks Sharron and Tubs Taps and Tiles, you really are fab!

I bought a Aqualisa Quartz shower from Tubs Taps and tiles 8 years ago. The pump wore out. TTT tried to get the replacement unit from Aqualisa but were told the customer had to order the unit. I tried ordering the unit, I was on hold for a very long time twice before being able to get through and when I got through was told I would not be able to get the part for 7 days due to a shut down for a stock check and then a bank holiday.

I asked if there were units locally available and the answer was no. TTT, who were to install the unit, then went out of their way to source me a unit and fit it the next day (tomorrow). Can't thank them enough as we have a full house at the moment. Really big thank you to TTT and Sharon. Can't wait for tomorrow.
