Crapper Thomas & Co Ltd

We have spent over 50,000 on Thomas Crapper fixtures & fittings throughout our home over the last 2 year refurbishment. The cistern in one bathroom failed after 2 weeks and started to leak. We have waited over 4 months for a replacement. Thomas Crapper would turn in his grave if he knew what poor service was on offer. Absolutely disgusting. No loyalty to customers what so ever.

Always loved the brand, the quintessential British Company, with a product portfolio that captures all the original detail of a product from a bygone era. We chose the 'Venerable High Level Wc ' purely on the attention to detail

When I contacted Thomas Crapper & Co after a cistern lid was chipped during installation, they could not have been more helpful. I was able to return the lid to be re-powder coated and returned to me, all free of charge. Fantastic customer service and beautiful products of the highest quality

Thomas Crapper have been excellent. A great service from Tracy and excellent products. Previous experiences have also been met with great customer experience when we've had any queries. Can't wait to get the latest set installed x

Thomas Crapper have lost the plot. I had their products in my previous home and they were excellent. This time everything they sent out has been faulty or not matched. Silver fittings on the toilet for a brass suite, the wrong sink attachments, a sink with flaws in in. When we reported the sink with flaws they said we had to buy another one before they would inspect the faulty one.

Eventually they did send a new one, but not before annoying a loyal customer. Eventually I gave up on the sink waste fitting. I just bought a brass one from my hardware store. Now the solid oak toilet seat has split in half. They are subcontracting all the work to manufacturers and don't appear to be checking it themselves before it leaves the warehouse.

Plus their sales outlet (Ocean Bathrooms) place the orders but the Thomas Crapper warehouse doesn't check that the parts co-ordinate before distributing it causing massive delays with your builder. What a waste of a great brand. It's not what it used to be.

If it’s that attention to detail your looking for when deciding on your Traditional bathroom purchase. Then you have found it, takes a little more time to install, but the results are worth the wait.
Needs a patient installation team, as it’s all in the detail.

Loved it, great toilet facilities (if you know what I mean wink wink)
