Wakefield Bathrooms is a family run bathroom studio based in Ossett, West Yorkshire. We have over 25 years of experience in the bathroom industry, with many of those years focused on the bathroom design and installation sector, offering the full "end to end" service installing luxury bathrooms in and around West Yorkshire. We are an independent retail studio offering some of the very best bathroom brands from here in Britain and across Europe. We create some of the most beautiful bathrooms and wet rooms for our clients and as you can read online we have many happy customers.

The aim was quite simple back then, offer people bathrooms at affordable prices with excellent customer service, we even had the slogan "where service matters" and we really did stick to this, and still do to this day. We aren't a business without our customers, and we will never forget this; Martin's brother Craig Osborne joined the business and helped increase sales and look after the general day to day running of the showroom.

We have a great mix of youth, experience and exuberance which keeps us at the forefront of bathroom design, we are constantly creating the most up to date designs that not only look fantastic, but work in today's busy lifestyles and pass the test on longevity too.
Wakefield Bathrooms have a strong relationship with our commercial partners and architects across the whole of the UK. We work closely with some leading commercial partners in all sectors and value every single one of them. The construction industry, the hospitality sector including some 5* boutique hotels, local developers including the local house builders and bathroom installers, we value everyone and give them the service they deserve. We are very much open and here ready for you to visit, we are asking customers to make appointments to ensure we can discuss your new bathroom with you while you are here. It's important to us that we keep everyone safe and ensure we dont have too many people in the showroomm at any one time, if you turn up without an appointment you may have to wait outside until we have finished with the customer that made the appointment. I have just had 2 bathrooms fitted by Wakefield Bathrooms and am extremely happy with the results. The whole process has been excellent from start to finish. Martin's designs were innovative and perfect for what I required. The fitting process began on the promised date and was completed on time. Martin and Corey worked extremely hard in a professional and friendly manner to ensure everything was fitted perfectly and to a very high standard of workmanship. My bathrooms look superb and I would have no hesitation in recommending Wakefield bathrooms to anyone.

Really poor experience; ordered two matching Vitra units online from this place. Both showing in stock at the time of ordering, with just a few days to be delivered. Told by Martin post ordering that one unit was not actually in stock and 'must be an error with the website and needs to be rectified' and it would actually be 12-16 weeks. Which we were fine with as long as it came as we were ordering two matching units.
First unit arrived after almost three completely scratched and damaged and looked like an ex demo. Another unit was eventually sent which we received a month after our order and was fine. On the second unit no news on eta after 14 weeks, so we chased Martin but no update. After a further three weeks (now 17-18 weeks) still no update from Martin so we chased him yet again to be told now it would be a further 5-6 weeks at which point we decided almost 6 months of waiting was too long and cancelled our order / requested a full refund. So no matching unit. Very poor indeed, avoid like the plague.

Thank you, Wakefield Bathrooms Our new wet room/bathroom is finally finished. What a great experience it was from the beginning, planning, designing, advice and absolute quality fixtures and fittings. Martins knowledge of all things bathrooms is brilliant everything we asked or questioned he had an answer or an alternative or even another appliance.
Nothing was too much trouble or a problem. Everything was planned well with really nice workmen from the fitter Corey, the Electrician Danny and the plasterer Phil. Great craftmanship all round thank you all too. A really great service friendly company from the top down. We will be recommending you to everyone we know.

I was recommended Kitchens by Design and Wakefield Bathrooms by a friend and I'm so glad myself and my wife visited Martin and Jamie. We had just moved home and needed to bring the property into the 21st century. The guys made the process very easy and gave us some great advice and suggestions to design our new kitchen and bathrooms. All the work was carried out by such professionals and nothing was ever too much trouble. Highly recommended if you are looking to update your home.

We have just had our tired 70s bathroom transformed into a luxury shower room by Wakefield Bathrooms. The whole process was first class and hassle free from beginning to end. One of the best companies we have ever dealt with and deserve an award for providing a quality service. We received excellent guidance from both Ben and Martin during the design process as we hadn't a clue where to start.
The installation was due to begin in April but had to be postponed due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Martin was great at keeping us informed as to what was happening and the work didn't start until both ourselves and Martin felt it was safe to continue. We would like to give a special thank you to Corey our fitter who was a pleasure to have in our home.
He worked like a trojan and his attention to detail was outstanding. He's a real assett to the company. Everyone else invoved also worked to really high standards including Jamie who came along to help Corey, the electrician, plasterer and the floor fitter. Everyone turned up when they were meant to and even the skip was delivered and collected without any hassle.
We have no hesitation in recommending Wakefield Bathrooms as Martin and his team provide a seamless service using quality products. An absolutely brilliant company. A huge thank you to everyone for giving us our dream bathroom.

Wakefield Bathrooms have today completed our stunning new wet room and we are over the moon! It is the most difficult space in the most awkward house, but it's totally transformed and looks amazing. From start to finish it has been a really smooth, professional process. The communication has been quick, helpful and informative and the advice has been second to none.
It is a complete one stop shop from design to installation. We've been so impressed with our fitters Cory and Jamie. It's definitely been a challenge for them, but they've stayed professional and polite all the way through and worked so hard to make sure the finish is perfect. They're a credit to you. We must also mention Danny the electrician who had to deal with dodgy wiring and about 250 years of soot! The entire team have been faultless and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend you.

I have recently had a fabulous new bathroom fitted by Wakefield Bathrooms. I have been very impressed with the service and installation I have received. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I knew I was in good hands. The selection process of a wide range of resources was well supported and advised. We are absolutely delighted with the service which has been provided by Wakefield Bathrooms from start to finish and beyond. The work was done during the pandemic and the whole team observed every precaution possible to keep us and them safe. Nothing has been too much trouble and the quality of workmanship has been first class. Martin provided the initial design options and Cory and Jamie did the hard bit! The only problem we have had is that we've run out of coffee. They are our Team of the Year. Many, many thanks.

If I could give another star I would. From start to finish the service was second to none. The design and installation were very professional, but with a personal touch and we always felt like we were the most important customers. The finishing touches really impressed, different coloured silicone to match the different tile and floor colours, the boxing in of pipes that blended in and made to look like part of the bathroom. The bathroom now looks twice the size! If you need a new bathroom look no further.

I was recommended Wakefield Bathrooms by family who have had bathrooms fitted. Martin visited, took measurements and came up with a eye catching design based on some inspiration I found in the showroom (well worth a visit). Even though a fair few challenges were encountered thanks to the usual issues with new build homes Jamie and Cory have built a stunning wetroom with incredible attention to detail.
The end result is even better than the visuals and - for the first time since moving in - I've been able to enjoy having a shower. I would recommend Wakefield Bathrooms and would definitely call on them for future work.
