From the initial swift response to my enquiry to completion of our en-suite bathroom, Darren delivered a quality service throughout the whole project, our en-suite was gutted, new walls, tiling, lighting, fixtures, rainfall shower, vanity unit, underfloor heating. Having never myself been involved in a such a big refurbishment project, Darren guided me every step of the way and nothing was too much of an issue. Darren created a fabulous bathroom. I'm so pleased. We met twice to discuss the layout and products best suited for my small bathroom. Darren laid carpet protection before job commenced. Darren did a really good job with our new bathroom and took time ensuring each element was as good as it can be. This included plastering, tiling, and fitting all new units. There was an issue with the shower riser - these things happen - but he resolved this as quickly as possible at his own expense without quibble. What makes a good installer isn't when everything goes perfectly, but how issues are dealt with when they arise. We are very happy with a sterling job. The bathroom looks great, works great, and Darren clearly cared about every part of the installation.

Darren recently completed our bathroom refit. This was a big job, completely gutting the existing bathroom, I was expecting problems along the way but needn't have worried. I cannot speak highly enough of Darren and the work he carried out. From start to finish we were kept informed at each step. The quote was detailed and kept too with none of the usual 'builders' deviations.

Our existing cloakroom bathroom has been in place for over 10 years, so we decided to get Darren in to give it a much needed upgrade. Overall we have found Darren to be extremely professional, hard working and someone that takes pride in his finish. Throughout his involvement he has worked hard, keeping us informed on what is involved so that we can learn along the way!

In addition, Darren is also very tidy, ensuring that he cleans up the areas that has used. Darren is also very pleasant to deal with and at times we have had to change our plans and Darren has accommodated this. Our project is not yet finished - unfortunately there was a problem with the tiles and we are waiting for further stock. Darren has promised to return to finish the job once the tiles are with us. We have been pleased with the effort that Darren has put in to transforming our cloakroom and can't wait until we see the finished result.

Darren refurbished our main bathroom a couple of years ago and we were very pleased with the job from start to finish. Therefore he was our first choice when we needed to replace our tired on suite shower room in Sept. Again we've been really pleased with the results.
