Ashford Heating Supplies Ltd, is a family owned and managed company, the "offspring" of a business formed over 50 years ago. There has been continuity of trading at our Staines-Upon-Thames site since 1976. It was in that year that the family run business moved from its' small original site in Ashford to its' current location at 193 London Road, Staines. Some 13 years on from that, the trading entity Ashford Heating Supplies Ltd was formed, and we proudly celebrated 30 years in business during 2019.

Yesterday I bought a waste pipe set from this company. When we opened the bag we realised that it was not the correct set for our sink. I called them this morning and explained the situation and was told that I could return it. I went in this afternoon and the very rude man behind the counter emptied the bag out, inspected every part and found a dust fingerprint on one of the pieces.
He said because of this print he couldn't accept the kit back. I thought he was joking! I wiped the fingerprint off and showed him it was clean. He proceeded to throw the pieces about and then commented on the bag being opened. I don't even care about the 15! II really wanted some advice on what I needed to buy. If he had been the slightest bit polite about it I would have accepted his explanation. He was obviously in a bad mood when I arrived as he was rude before I even approached the counter. I wish I could give minus 10 stars. Manners cost nothing.

I have used Ashford Heating for as long as I can remember, both for refurbishment projects to my last two properties and for the bathrooms and kitchen in my current residence. I go back to them because of the quality, range of choice, reliability and, just as importantly, because I enjoy dealing with them.
