I had a problem with the diverter valve on my shower and Derek in technical support was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The service with JTP was excellent. We'll definitely be using them again.

Cheap but not durable with terrible aftersale service. Highly disappointed and will make sure to spend a bit more on quality next time we buy sanitaryware as the cost to fix outweighs by far the initial savings.

I'm not usually one to leave a review but the help and customer service I have received from JTP has been amazing! All of my products arrived perfectly on time, the quality of the taps are outstanding and my plumber was surprised to see such detailed installation instructions for all items. When we redo our other bathroom I will be ordering from JTP again!

Have used the VOS range for a couple bathrooms. The brushed brass and matte black. This has been a long long overdue review as firstly, they look amazing! Secondly, when there was an issue with one of the taps, the company were quick to resolve the issue. Thank you Just Taps!

Spent over 1.2k on JTP black coated taps and the quality is appalling. So far had a shower head leaking and taps scratching just by looking at them. Awaiting replacements but not holding much hope.

One of the best bathroom brands that we deal with, and as an independent retailer we can say it how it is. Shikha and janice on the sales/admin side are very efficient with technical back up provided by George. The Inox brushed steel range is our best selling tap range online and we love it for the quality and design. We have dealt with JTP for nearly 20 years now and long may it continue in the future.

I have a justtapsplus shower, and the cartridge was faulty. I called JTP and within a couple of days, the warranty replacement part had arrived. Great experience and great service from George. Thanks Nick

I have bought a few sets for my whole house and the quality of these products are great. I really like the new range and new colour options, they look exclusive and premium, finishing off the bathroom very nicely. Would recommend.

Purchased 2 mixer taps and two shower valves and thermostats for my 2 bathrooms. I've had problems with ALL of these products. Difficult to control flow on taps and now after just 18 months they're leaking from the tap body. Shower valves even worse problems, grinding control knobs, stiff notchy valves. Have had to replace 3 out of the 4 cartridges.

Customer service has been disgraceful, service engineer arriving late without correct tools (had to borrow mine). Been round 4 times, on one occasion forgot to turn up when I was waiting in. Have emailed Just taps multiple times to try and resolve the problems but just get short unhelpful answers. They have not returned my emails on two occasions. I spent a lot of money replacing my 2 bathrooms but have had nothing but trouble with these awful just taps products.
