Our Bathroom serviced our Aqualisa shower processor and replaced the pump and water mixer assembly within 3 working days. Great service and a fantastic job at a realistic price. The water flow now is incredible, certainly no need to use the boost function! The help and advice we received from Maya was excellent and very helpful. Thank you Maya and Our Bathroom. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Really excellent. I have an Aqualisa digital power shower and the shower was permanently dripping. I sent it to them for fixing but they found another fault that I had not realised was there. It's just been returned and it is so much better. The drip problem has gone but the processor unit is much quieter and more powerful. I will definitely be using them again if I need any more repairs to this unit. The only solution Aqualisa offered me was an 800 complete replacement, the repair cost was a fraction of this price.

My Aqualisa processor was serviced and the annoying issue of a dripping shower head was diagnosed and fixed without a problem. The turnaround was very quick and efficient and all at a realistic price. I'm very happy with the end result as my processor is now back and running like new. Excellent service from Maya and the team. I would thoroughly recommend Our Bathroom.

As a woman, I don't know much about plumbing as I've never had to do it, but I would give Our Bathrooms more than 5 stars if I could. I called them last Friday and the lady was very helpful and went through everything. I posted my processor to them Monday. I was contacted by them on Tuesday about the issues, I made payment. I received my processor Wednesday lunchtime. 3 day turnaround.
It arrived, clean, well packed, extra seals, new parts. They have saved me a small fortune as I was not in a position to replace with a new one. They were helpful, personal and reliable. Plus very affordable. I was able to remove and re install thanks to their videos. Thankyou for helping me Our Bathroom I will always be recommending you

Fabulous service, fast and efficient, Repaired a dripping shower. Sent off on Monday, back and running on Friday and no more drips! It has given my shower a totally new lease of life. Much better than trying to put some grease on the seals as a temporary repair. A few weeks in now and all is well. I'd recommend without hesitation and am already planning to send my other shower in for service.
