Imperial Bathrooms have delivered above and beyond expectations in the installation of our new shower room. We are delighted with the outcome. Everything worked effectively and efficiently from our initial contact with Alex and his staff at the design stage through to the final installation, through what has been a particularly difficult time for all businesses. Alex was always professional, understanding and responsive in his dealings with us and our fitter, Dan, was excellent and a pleasure to have in the house. We were very appreciative of his hard work and application.

Do not buy from them. Awful company. Took my money for a side panel to a broken unit. I was told I have to wait for 9 weeks for the part to be delivered. I contacted them after 8 weeks for an update only to be told they haven't ordered it and haven't felt the need to contact me in the meantime. Their customer service is shocking I called for days before anyone got in touch via email.

Exceptionally shoddy and disingenuous after-sales service from Imperial Bathrooms Windsor. Their salesman (who by the way has left a 5-star google review of the company so do beware of what you read, it seems they may have planted a few) sold us OVER 100% TOO MANY TILES on two bathrooms he designed and specified for us just before lockdown. We spent over 15K on what he conceptualized for us, but Imperial Bathrooms refused to take back the excess tiles even though it was THEIR mistake.
We had to deal with an unpleasant manager who eventually (and grudgingly) agreed to take the oversold tiles back - but with a hefty handling fee. We used Imperial Bathrooms because we wanted to support local business, but I would recommend that others steer clear of this company with dubious morals.

Brilliant! I highly recommend Imperial Bathrooms in Windsor. Under the excellent guidance of Alex, the work was finely executed. Alex showed great care for my needs and was committed to meeting my needs. He was pleasant, helpful and professional. The attention to detail shown by the bathroom installers was second to none. In a short space of time, the two fitters transformed my old and tired bathroom into a bathroom showroom.
It was amazing to see how carefully the design I chose was executed. The finish product - a whole new bathroom is simply stunning. The fitters left no mess and always cleared up after themselves. I even was left new teabags, a bottle of wine and a card on the last day. QUALITY SERVICE THROUGHOUT.

Initially started off as a great relationship with great design and ideas, received a Duravit Toilet seat that was damaged, having spent a small fortune with this company they simply referred me to their T+C's and that I should have unpackaged every item and checked it thoroughly within 3 days of receiving the goods. Seat was not thoroughly packaged and as such could have been damaged at any point during the delivery.
